Father God, we lift our praises to Your holy name and we say may Your name be glorified over all the ends of the earth in the name of Jesus. Isaiah chapter 7 begins with the King Ahaz in fear of a war that was about to befall him and his kingdom as King of Judah (Isaiah 7:1). The LORD then sends the prophet Isaiah to speak to King Ahaz and re assure him that his enemies would not prevail against him.
